Daily Reflection: Saturday, April 27

Saturday, April 27

In the Acts of the Apostles we hear: “I have made you a light to the Gentiles, that you may be an instrument of salvation to the ends of the earth.” This sentence became the inspiration to many, who over the years who travelled to foreign countries as missionaries and we know that they were successful. Pope Francis has reminded that in this day and age that we all are missionaries and we don’t have to travel far to be involved in missionary work. In our families, our cities, our neighborhoods, our work, there are many who have never discovered faith in God. First, each of us should know that by our presence we evangelize. We don’t have to preach, but we shouldn’t hide our faith either. Our faith in God is important to us and it makes a difference in our lives. Let your light shine and it

may be be the first step toward another person finding out what makes you the way you are.

Fr. Andrew
