Saints of God, the Lord be with you!  In today’s first reading from the book of Genesis (28: 10-22) Jacob dreams of God’s messengers ascending from earth and descending to earth on a ladder. When he awakens Jacob exclaims, “Truly the Lord is in this spot.” Since the incarnation of God’s Word in the person of Jesus Christ, and the sending of the Holy Spirit, we can say that God fills creation, and is in every spot. What spot on earth is most precious to you, and why?
