Daily Reflection: Tuesday, July 9

Tuesday, July 9, 2024 – 14th Week in Ordinary Time

In today’s gospel we read; “…his heart was moved with pity for them because they were troubled and abandoned, like sheep without a shepherd”. Do you buy into our cultural belief that we do not need to have a guide and that when one has one that is a sign of weakness? Do we believe that we can and should be able to do everything on our own? If so, how does God fit into your life?
