Daily Reflection: Saturday October 19
“May the eyes of your hearts be enlightened, that you may know what is the hope that belongs to his (the Father’s) call. . .what is the surpassing greatness of his power for us who believe. . ..” Knowing that hope belongs to our invitation to the kingdom is what we need to dwell on and in. Hope gives us the courage we need to speak the goodness and presence of God in our world today. Hope does give us God’s power – let us live in hope and proclaim God’s love even when the world seems enveloped in darkness!
