Tuesday June 27

“Do to others what you would have them do to you.” The Golden Rule is not a quid pro quo way of living. This Gospel is a call to love others as we have been loved by God. Love is the essence of our call as Christians and we cannot set it aside because others may not love us, or even wish us harm. The call to love is universal – we are all sisters and brothers and required to live in the unity of love.
