Daily Reflection: Wednesday, March 20

Wednesday, March 20, 2024 – 5th Week of Lent

Jesus has harsh words today for those he was speaking to. He stated, “If God were your Father, you would love me, for I came from God and am here; I did not come on my own, but he sent me.” Could we say this about everyone? That if we say God is our Father, we would love others. We were not sent here for our own enjoyment. We were sent to become what we were created to be, the loving children of God, who show God’s love to everyone we meet on our journey. How well are we showing God’s love, mercy, and compassion to others?
