Daily Reflection: Saturday, March 26

Saturday, March 26, 2022 - Third Week of Lent

“O God, be merciful to me a sinner” was prayed by the tax collector in our gospel reading from the Gospel of Luke. During Lent is a time of self-reflection to remind ourselves that we need God’s mercy. It is a time also to encourage us to be merciful to one another. Part of being humble in knowing we are not the creator or owner of Mercy. What we are, are agents of God’s mercy, to show God’s mercy to others. Today pray for the mercy we need and the graces to be merciful like our creator God.
