One of the hardest things to do is to stay in the moment.  We are either living in the past or worried about the future, therefore, we miss what is right in front of us.  In our Gospel reading from Matthew, Jesus tells us to stay with the Now. Jesus said “Do not worry about tomorrow; tomorrow will take care of itself. Sufficient for a day is its own evil.” Today, pray for guidance through the Holy Spirit that you can stay in the moment as see God in the here and now.
