The New American Bible entitles this psalm as Thanksgiving to God Who Delivers the Just.  “I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall be ever in my mouth.” Today in prayer make a list of all the blessing you have received from God over the past couple of days and pray a prayer of thanksgiving.
