 Today’s gospel reading is one of hopefulness and at the same time hard to believe.  This short reading tells us that if we turn to God, we find rest and … “For my yoke is easy, and my burden light”. Following the way of God, the only thing we need to do is to love.  Even though we turn our life to God we still experience the burdens of life. This gospel tells us even though we experience stresses of life, we will never lose the love of God and do not need to worry about God abandoning us.
