Friday, June 11

 Saints of God, the Lord be with you!  Today is the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. We are called to be joyful since we are loved by God so much that He gave us His only begotten Son in the person of Jesus Christ. Today’s Gospel according to St. John (19: 31-37) is a scene from the crucifixion. Even then, Jesus continues to love. Love is the glory of Jesus, and indeed for all of us, since Love is another name for God.
