Daily Reflection: Friday, May 6

Friday of the Third Week of Easter

Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in him.   (Jn 6:56)

In his body and blood we take in the whole Lord and he is happy to make his home in us.  To remain in the Lord and the Lord in us is to have the power to bring the Lord’s presence to others.  It is our mandate.

John Frambes, ofm
