The Saints Timothy and Titus’s role in the spreading of the Gospel is remembered today. It takes many people to fulfill the mission given by Jesus to “Go out to all the world and tell the Good News.” St. Paul reminds Timothy to “stir into flame the gift of God that you have through the imposition of hands.” Faith is like a “flame” that bring light and meaning into a confused and empty world. Timothy and Titus accomplished their role to “proclaim God’s marvelous deeds to all the nations.”
