Daily Reflection: Thursday November 14

“Behold, the kingdom of God is among you.” Those of us of a certain age believed that the kingdom was coming in the far-off future, mostly in the afterlife. But this was a misinterpretation of the Gospel in which Jesus tells us about a kingdom that exists in the here and now.  A kingdom that celebrates God’s presence among us, a kingdom that is ours to co-create for each other.
