Daily Reflection: Thursday December 12
The Prophet Zechariah told the people that the Lord was coming to dwell among them. And Luke tells us that the Angel Gabriel announced to Mary that God would come to be within her. The Virgin of Guadalupe told Juan Diego that God was with the people and wanted them to have a place to acknowledge this presence in prayer. Are we listening? God dwells within us! Advent calls us to remember this, to deepen our awareness of it and to live in it.
