Monday of the First Week in Advent

Lord, I am not worthy… only say the word….  (Mt 8:8)

The centurion had hope.

We use his words when we approach the Lord to receive him in Holy Communion. We express our hope that he will heal us of our sin 

This Advent is a fresh season of hope.  

We hope for the day when they shall beat their swords…

We hope for the day of our healing.

That day will come.
