Did you ever hear of St. Zita? She is new to me. She is known for being a worker- she worked for 47 years as a servant and domestic worker. She is a great example of how she brought her faith in God into the way that she did her daily domestic responsibilities. Her prayer life helped her to be a dedicated worker with a positive attitude. It has been written: “Zita considered her work itself to be an expression of her spiritual life.”  It is certainly worthwhile to consider the way we work and the attitude we bring to our work.
