Daily Reflection: Thursday, June 15

Thursday, June 15

In the time of Jesus, the scribes and pharisees had strayed from putting into practice what they should be doing. They saw themselves above everyone and took liberties in observing the law that they knew. They forgot who they were and who they were supposed to be. This reminds us that each of us has a dignity given by God. While each of us may be different, that difference should come forth in a positive, affirming and whole hearted life that is unique for each person.
