Daily Reflection: Thursday, July 6

Thursday, July 6, 2023 – 13 Week in Ordinary Time https://bible.usccb.org/bible/readings/070623.cfm

The reading from the Book of Genesis is the sacrifice of Abraham. The story is told through the eyes of Abraham. He was asked to sacrifice his son Isaac. Today, re-read this section from Genesis and read it through the eyes of Isaac. What feelings did Isaac have during this event. What were the feelings towards his father and towards God? Can you relate to Isaac in any way?
