In today’s psalm we read, “I will give you thanks to you, O Lord, with all my heart; I will declare all your wondrous deeds. I will be glad and exult in you; I will sing praise to your name, Most high.” Keeping with the theme of thanksgiving. Are we just thankful for the material things that we have, or things that do not last? Are we only thankful for events or things that affect us directly? Are we thankful for the good things that happened to others? Do we get jealous of other’s gifts from God? Today, pray for the graces to be able to see and rejoice of God’s interaction in the world around us.
