Saints of God, the Lord be with you. In today’s Gospel [Mark 2: 18-22] Jesus and his disciples are criticized for not fasting. Jesus likens his mission and message to new wine which no one really wants. Today as the nation remembers Dr. Martin Luther King, let’s fast from racist thoughts, words, and actions.
