In today’s gospel reading we are encouraged to be Quiet and Still, especially when life feels like a hurricane.  In this section of Mark’s gospel, we read about Jesus calming the storm. “Quiet! Be still! Then wind ceased and the there was great calm. Then Jesus asked them, Why are you terrified? Do you not yet have faith?” Today’s challenge to sit and be still, what is God telling you?
