Wednesday May 8

The Acts of the Apostles tells us that the God who made the world is the one who gives life and breath to everyone and everything. We cannot exist without God’s life in us. All of creation depends on God’s breath of life for its being. “In God we live and move and have our being.” This is truly awesome! Whatever is good, whatever is beautiful, whatever delights us in love, is ours only because God continues to create and gifts us out of God’s goodness. This calls us to ongoing gratitude and praise.
