Daily Reflection: Wednesday, September 21

Wednesday September 21, 2022

“Those who are well do not need a physician, but the sick do.” Jesus tells us he is a healer who came to care for those who are sick. Pope Francis speaks to us of the field hospital where all are in need of Christ’s healing. We are called to be instruments of that healing with mercy and compassion. There are many forms of sickness that need the healing power of Jesus and we are gifted, as St. Paul tells us, with the gifts that we need to be Christ in our world.
