Daily Reflection: Friday, October 28

Friday, October 28, 2022 – Feast of St. Simon and St. Jude

In our first reading, Paul reminds us that we have the Spirit of God dwelling within us. Our gospel reading is Luke’s story of the selection of the twelve Apostles. We see how Jesus prayed before making a big important decision. One could say that Jesus’ prayer cycle was pray, act, pray, act, pray…. Reflect on: Do I pray to God to guide me in important decisions? If not, why?
