Daily Reflection: Thursday, November 17

Thursday November 17                 Luke 19:41

“If this day you only knew what makes for peace. . . ” But we do know – as hard as it is to see it in a world that is filled with violence and disaster. We have the words and example of Jesus that calls us to love one another, even our enemies and those who do us wrong. The world will be a better place if we live in love wherever we are right now. Love that challenges us to give of ourselves – to put the welfare of our sisters and brothers before our own. This will effect peace!
