Daily Reflection: Tuesday, June 4

Tuesday June 4

“Consider the patience of our Lord as salvation.” We live in a society of immediacy - we are able to communicate with others, get answers to our questions, find our way to a new place – all within seconds, or minutes at the most! And yet today, St. Peter invites us to see the slow movement of God as our salvation. God has infinite patience with us, giving us time to awaken to God’s action in our lives. Perhaps we are being called to slow down so we can recognize God in all the moments of our lives. God is there in them, God is here with us. Praise God!
