Thursday, May 19 - Fifth Week of Easter

Our psalm is Psalm 96. It is a song of praise to God. It commands us to sing to the Lord and to tell his glory and his wondrous deeds to all peoples. Reflecting on this, I know that I am lacking in telling others about the glory of God and what God has done in my life. It something I save until Sunday. This psalm is encouraging us that this should be done on a daily bases not just once a week. Today, pray for the courage to sing God’s praises every day.
