Daily Reflection: Saturday, May 28

Saturday, May 28

There is a sentence in today’s Gospel that you might cause you to think. It is: “Amen, amen, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in my name he will give you.” I am sure that there may have been times when you asked and you did not get the answer you wanted. The Father promises to be with us and often we do receive something that was not expected. Whatever is the outcome, the Father will continue to be with us through all our days and if we calm down enough, we can feel that strong presence that comes from Him. Remember what we prayed earlier this week: “In Him we live and have our being.”

Fr. Andrew
