Here we are on the Jersey shore and today’s Gospel speaks about “the wise man who built his house on rock.” No comment but we are all in the process of developing a strong faith which changes according to our life’s circumstances. We want the Lord God to be our “rock.” Praying, reading, going to church are some of the ways that daily we place our lives in the “hands of a Higher Power.” This grows as we are more and more attentive to the Lord’s presence in our lives. In this way we are building our lives on “rock.” Come, Lord Jesus!
