Daily Reflection: Thursday, December 15

Thursday December 15, 2022

“My love shall never leave you, nor my covenant of peace be shaken, says the Lord who has mercy on you.”  Isaiah 54:10

God’s constant love is always with us. God’s mercy is everlasting. During this season of Advent, let us take the time to sit in God’s presence and allow God to speak God’s love to our hearts. It is a time of listening rather than speaking, of hearing rather than thinking. We celebrate Jesus’ coming to be one with us in our humanity – may this awareness be an overwhelming presence as we prepare for the great feast of the Incarnation!
