Daily Reflection: Monday, October 7
Two events are being observed today: Celebration of Our Lady of the Rosary and a Day of Fasting and Prayer for Peace in the Holy Land, the Middle East and the world. While praying the various mysteries of the Rosary we pause to think about the life of Mary and her relationship to her Son, Jesus. It is a very appropriate prayer to pray on this day when we hope that the powers in the world will “give peace a chance.” How would you like to show your solidarity with those who work for peace?
