Daily Reflection: Tuesday, October 8
The Gospel about Martha and Mary is today’s Gospel. Both women were friends of Jesus and loved being with him. Each responded to Jesus in her own way: Martha by showing hospitality and Mary by sitting and listening to Jesus. Both are to be commended for their attentiveness to Jesus. Which person do you think that you resemble most?
