Daily Reflection: Wednesday, October 9

Today’s Gospel at Mass is St. Luke’s version of the Our Father. It is briefer but includes the main ideas contained in the prayer. “Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come. Give us each day our daily bread and forgive us our sins for we ourselves forgive everyone in debt to us, and do not subject us to the final trial.” What part of this prayer challenges you the most? What comforts you the most?

Fr. Andrew
