Daily Reflection: Saturday, May 6

Saturday May 6

“Whoever believes in me will do the works that I do., and will do greater than these, because I am going to the Father.”

We claim to be believers in Jesus. Does it show in the works that we do? Are our works evidence of our belief? Do we live in compassion for all, in peace and mercy? Are we willing to take a stand against the popular culture that condemns those who are different? Are we open to dialogue with those of different cultures? Do we act with respect toward those we call enemies? Jesus loved, gave, forgave, had compassion and did not judge. Can we say the same for ourselves?
