Daily Reflection: Thursday, March 23

Thursday, March 23

There is a very fascinating dialogue in today’s Reading from Exodus. Moses is questioning God’s intended action against the chosen people because they had turned away from Him and made a molten calf and worshipped it. God calls them “stiff necked” people. Moses pleads and reminds God of all that He has been done to the chosen people…And how will the Egyptians look at this after they had been brought out of Egyptian slavery by their God. Finally, the Lord relented. What a daring and brave man Moses was to engage in tis conversation. Have you ever done this?
