Wednesday April 10

“God so loved the world…” John 3:1

This statement is enough in itself to teach us all we need to know about God. God loved us into being, sent Jesus to teach us the extent of that love, remains with us, and promises us life with God in love. We are loved and so are capable of loving. We are loved, not because of who we are or what we do, but simply because God is Love. Nothing we do can change that fact - nothing we do can add to that love because it is already abundant, extravagant and unconditional. Let us sing Alleluia in praise of God’s love.
