Thursday April 11

“God does not ration the gift of the Spirit.” John 3: 34

The gift of the Spirit is free flowing like an eternal fountain which spills water over and over without end. The Spirit is an unending source of God’s love – it is the Spirit of God’s love! God does not hold back the gift of love but continually pours it out for us. God created the universe as a sign of love, as a way for the presence of God in human form, Jesus, to come among us. God created us to be able to return God’s love in an unending circle of love with all people and all of creation. Let us be as generous with our love as God is!
