I love our Gospel reading for today. It reminds us that God gives us the true peace.  Take a few minutes, slowly and prayerfully read the gospel reading:

Jesus said: “Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourself. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.

Now select a word or phrase from our reading to carry with you today.
