Ephesians 4:1-6

Paul calls us to live with humility, gentleness, patience, bearing with one another through love, and striving to preserve the unity of the Spirit. We are one Body and one Spirit, one hope, one faith, one baptism. This could be a daily examen for us – is our call to unity one which we consciously work to see come to be in our world today? Are the virtues to which Paul invites us the norms for our behaviors? We are one Body – the Body of Christ – may our remembrance of this be the guiding force in all that we do.
