Daily Reflection: Thursday, November 10

November 10, Memorial of St. Leo the Great, Pope

For behold, the Kingdom of God is among you.  (Lk 17:21)

This teaching of Jesus is not a bragging point, but rather an exhortation and encouragement.  The kingdom is among us so that it may be in the world.  That is our responsibility.  God gives us the grace for it.

We experience the Kingdom churning within us and we long to see it complete on the Day of the Son of Man returns.
