Daily Reflection: Thursday, August 15

The Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is celebrated today. It is one of our holy days. As God showed His love and care for Mary, body and soul and spirit, God has the same concern for each of us. Mary is a great Mother for all of us and her motherly affection surrounds us in all circumstances. WE remember that “in life and in death we are the Lord’s.”

Fr. Andrew
