Daily Reflection: Saturday November 16
There is so much in our world today that is upsetting. It is hard to have hope that all will turn out well. We pray, at times wondering if God is paying attention. Toay’s Gospel tells us that persistence is important! Even though we cannot see immediate answers to our prayers we must keep praying – for just settlements of war among nations, for acceptance of cultural diversities, for healing from violence, for climate preservation, for an end to food insecurity and political stalemates, for quick help for victims of natural disasters – God is still loving us through it all. God is still the reason for hope. Believe it!
